Return & Exchange Policy (15 DAYS)
You can return or exchange the item WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
- A receipt / proof of purchase MUST be presented for all exchanges or returns.
- For exchanges and returns within 15 days, you will need to pay a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
- (Restocking fee is 15% of the item’s original purchase price before tax).

Our Limited Warranty
What does our limited warranty cover?
All electric height adjustable desks feature a 2-year warranty for the metal leg frame, the motor, keypad, and other electronic mechanisms.
This limited warranty offered by ErgoArt covers defects from the original manufacturing, improper workmanship/material ONLY.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
- There is no warranty for the desktop. If the desk is damaged after shipping, you can return it within 15 days of purchase (Refer to our 15-day Return & Exchange Policy)
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
How to redeem our limited warranty?

In the event that an item becomes defective within the warranty time, get the receipt ready and contact us at contact@cammart.com. Our customer service team will get back to you during normal business hours PST.
ErgoArt will replace ONLY the defective parts to the customer.
After our customer service determined that you are qualified for our limited warranty, we will ship the replacement parts to you at no cost if the shipping address is within the continental United States. If you wish to send the replacement parts outside of the continental United States, you will need to pay shipping fee.
Other guidelines
- This warranty extends to the original purchaser ONLY and is non-transferable.
- Only customers purchasing ErgoArt’s products from authorized ErgoArt retailers or resellers can benefit from our limited warranty.
